Direction Project

The

Discover Yourself. Explore Possibilities.
Build Your Future.

A 6-Session Career Exploration Journey designed for current high school students or recent graduates.

Choosing a career is not just about finding a job — it is about building a life that fits who you are.

The Direction Journey helps students move from uncertainty to confidence by exploring their values, strengths, interests, career options, and future goals. Through guided conversations, real-world exploration, and personal reflection, students will discover what matters to them, learn what opportunities exist, and create a flexible plan for what comes next.

Between every waypoint, students complete Direction Missions — guided self-discovery activities designed to help them better understand themselves, explore possibilities, and take ownership of their future.

Testimony

Every student's path is different. Here's what a few of them had to say.

"The Direction Project is about so much more than choosing a career. It helped our son understand his strengths, values, and what success means to him. We left with a clearer direction and a stronger sense of confidence as a family."

~ Laureen, parent of Oliver

"Before starting The Direction Project, I felt overwhelmed because I had no idea what I wanted to do after high school. The sessions helped me realize I didn't need all the answers, I just needed a plan to start exploring. I left feeling excited instead of stressed."

~ Eloise, grade 10 student

"I discovered careers I had never even heard of. Joyce didn't tell me what to do, she helped me ask better questions, explore my options, and build confidence in my own decisions."

~ Parker, grade 12 student
